Betley FC Skills Challenge 1 - Figure of Eight

Betley FC Skills Challenge with Head Coach, Matt Johnson and Zac from the Betley FC Tigers u10s. This is a ball mastery challenge where you need to move in a figure of eight around as many cones as you can within 30 seconds. Your objective is to use both your left and right foot and use the insides, outsides and soles of your feet to complete the challenge. Good luck !
